目的 分析后程加速超分割放射治疗加化疗治疗食管癌的疗效.方法 将75例胸段食管癌患者随机分成2组:常规分割加化疗(CF+C)组:5次/周,2.0 Gy/次,总量DT 66 Gy.放疗期间,加5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)500 mg和顺铂(DDP)20mg静脉滴注,每周1次,共5个周期.后程加速超分割加化疗(LCAF+C)组:常规分割照射30 Gy后,改为2次/d,1.5 Gy/次,间隔≥6 h,追量至
