采用动物在体皮肤，观察腐敏霜对动物皮肤的刺激作用和致敏作用，以其为临床安全使用腐敏霜提供理论上的依据。试验证明腐敏霜对豚鼠皮肤无刺激作用，亦无致敏作用，临床应用是安全的。
