目的通过比较~(60)Co辐照前后蛇胆陈皮散中主要成分橙皮苷的含量变化,考察不同辐照剂量对蛇胆陈皮散质量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(35:65),流速为1 m L/min,柱温为26℃,检测波长为283 nm,进样量20μL,统计学分析方法为SPSS单因素分析。结果每g样品计算,辐照剂量0、2、6和10 k Gy橙皮苷的量分别为43.37、42.32、35.93和42.43mg。结论实验辐照剂量下,橙皮苷含量均符合药典标准。辐照剂量为2 k Gy和10 k Gy的~(60)Co辐照对蛇胆陈皮散中的橙皮苷的含量无影响,而辐照剂量为6 k Gy的~(60)Co辐照可使蛇胆陈皮散中的橙皮苷的含量显著减少。
OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of different doses of hesperidin on the content of hesperidin before and after irradiation with ~ (60) Co. Methods The column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (35:65) at a flow rate of 1 mL / min and a column temperature of 26 ℃, the detection wavelength was 283 nm, the injection volume was 20 μL, and the statistical analysis was SPSS one-way analysis. Results The amount of hesperidin at doses of 0, 2, 6, and 10 k Gy was 43.37, 42.32, 35.93, and 42.43 mg, respectively, for each g of sample. Conclusion The content of hesperidin meets the standards of pharmacopoeia under the experimental irradiation dose. Irradiation with ~ (60) Co at doses of 2 k Gy and 10 k Gy did not affect the content of hesperidin in Shea Butymascin, while irradiation with ~ (60) Co at irradiation dose of 6 k Gy So that the content of hesperidin orange peel significantly reduced.
