为了适应未来的排放法规和改善发动机的性能,燃油喷射系统必须通过电控具有更高级的功能。共轨系统能满足这个要求,可望成为未来燃油喷射系统的一个发展方向。把通用的液压管路分析软件应用到共轨系统上,用计算机模拟阐明了共轨系统的喷油特性,结果表明试验结果与计算结果十分相符。通过对共轨系统的模拟计算掌握了基本参数对燃油喷射特性的影响。
In order to adapt to future emissions regulations and improve engine performance, fuel injection systems must have more advanced functionality through electrical control. Common rail system to meet this requirement, is expected to become a future fuel injection system, a development direction. The common hydraulic pipeline analysis software is applied to the common rail system, and the fuel injection characteristics of the common rail system are clarified by computer simulation. The results show that the test results are in good agreement with the calculated results. Through the simulation of the common rail system, the influence of basic parameters on the fuel injection characteristics is grasped.
