目的分析宁夏地区人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)21种基因型在宫颈疾病中的感染状况及其分布特点。方法采用核酸分子快速导流杂交分型技术(Flow-through Hybridization)对2010年12月-2013年9月宁夏第五人民医院就诊的943例妇女进行HPV分型检测,分析该地区HPV亚型的分子流行病趋势及分布特点。结果 934例筛查人群总HPV感染率为34.4%(324/943),高危型为29.9%(282/943),低危型为4.5%(42/943),高危型的感染率显著高于低危型的感染率(χ2=214.7,P<0.05)。单一型感染267例,感染率为28.3%,混合感染57例,感染率为6.0%,单一感染率显著高于混合感染率(χ2=178.6,P<0.05)。在被检测的21个HPV亚型中检出20种,HPV16感染率最高,为8.0%,其次为HPV58,感染率为4.2%,HPV35感染率最低为0.2%,HPV43型未检出。HPV感染高峰年龄在20岁~50岁,50岁以后感染率开始下降。结论宁夏地区宫颈病变中HPV感染常见基因型为16、58、52、31、6、33和53型,年龄分布主要集中于(20~50)周岁。
Objective To analyze the infection status and distribution of 21 human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in cervical diseases in Ningxia area. Methods Nine hundred and seventy-three women from Ningxia Fifth People’s Hospital from December 2010 to September 2013 were genotyped by Flow-through Hybridization to detect HPV subtype in this area Molecular epidemic trends and distribution characteristics. Results The total HPV infection rate was 34.4% (324/943) in 934 cases of screening, 29.9% (282/943) in high-risk type and 4.5% (42/943) in low-risk type. The infection rate of high-risk type was significantly higher Low-risk infection rate (χ2 = 214.7, P <0.05). The number of single infection was 267, the infection rate was 28.3%. The infection rate was 6.0%. The single infection rate was significantly higher than the mixed infection rate (χ2 = 178.6, P <0.05). Among the 21 HPV subtypes detected, 20 were detected, the highest HPV16 infection rate was 8.0%, followed by HPV58, the infection rate was 4.2%, the lowest HPV35 infection rate was 0.2%, HPV43 type was not detected. The peak age of HPV infection is between 20 and 50 years old, and the infection rate begins to decline after 50 years of age. Conclusion The common genotypes of HPV infection in cervical lesions in Ningxia are 16, 58, 52, 31, 6, 33 and 53, and the age distribution mainly concentrates in (20 ~ 50) years of age.
