采用冷冻蚀刻及硝酸镧示踪等技术研究外界高温对心、肺、肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞膜的损伤作用。48只日本大耳白兔随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ~Ⅴ组为受热组,分别在受热1、2、3h及受热3h后延期4h活杀。结果表明外界高温对毛细血管内皮细胞膜有明显的损伤作用,能引起内皮细胞对硝酸镧的通透性增加;膜内微粒分布紊乱,数量明显增加或减少;抑制内皮细胞的吞饮活动;导致肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞窗孔扩张。文中还讨论了外界高温对毛细血管内皮细胞损伤的作用特点。
Cryogenic etching and lanthanum nitrate tracing techniques were used to study the effect of external high temperature on the membrane damage of the heart, lung and glomerular capillary endothelial cells. 48 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, Ⅰ group as control group, Ⅱ ~ Ⅴ group as heat-affected group, respectively, after 1, 2, 3h and 3h after heat delayed live 4h kill.
