人员流失是有较高成本的,研究表明,雇员流动成本包括:离职成本+岗位空缺成本+替换成本+培训成本等等。如此多的附加成本不免令人心生诧异,那些随意更换员工或不在意人员频繁流动的组织,就没考虑过造成的损失吗?那么要什么样的组织才能凝聚员工的能量和热忱从而形成强大的合力呢?资本是一种权力,可以通过付出酬劳,买得员工在限定的时间、限定的场所做限定的事情,但仅凭这种交换,还换不来员工尽心投入、全力参与和精益求精。资本可以要求于人,但靠强制无法唤起员工内在的激情和动力。

However, with this exchange alone, employees can’t exchange their dedication, participate fully, and strive for excellence. Capital can be required, but it cannot rely on compulsion to evoke the internal passion and motivation of employees.
