为配合本期专题,本刊通过邮件采访了品牌顾问史蒂芬·哈梅尔先生。1962年,史蒂芬·哈梅尔(Stephan Hamel)生于泰国曼谷,母亲是意大利人,父亲兼有奥地利和俄罗斯血统。童年变动的生活环境,使得史蒂芬·哈梅尔天然具有一种多元文化视角。1980年代,他协助意大利著名建筑师和设计师马西莫·莫罗兹(Massimo Morozzi)创建了Edra家具公司,并为这个享誉世界的品牌工作了14年。其后,他又协助尼诺·塞鲁迪(Nino Cerruti)创办了另一个知名的家居品牌Cerruti Baleri,担任国际销售与沟通经理至今。史蒂芬·哈梅尔虽是文科博士出身,但长期的从业经验使他对家居设计产生了独到的认识。今年5月,达芬奇家居公司邀请他出任创意大师,他设计的“星家”样板间分别在上海和北京展出。本文的配图,有史蒂芬·哈梅尔的托斯卡纳和米兰居所照片,也有来自上海“星家”的部分图片,图文并茂,以此彰显史蒂芬·哈梅尔的趣味及他对奢侈和奢侈品牌的独特理解。 To tie in with this issue, we interviewed Steven Hamel, the brand consultant, by mail. 1962, Stephan Hamel was born in Bangkok, Thailand, his mother is Italian, his father both Austrian and Russian ancestry. Childhood changes in the living environment, making Stephen Hamel natural with a multi-cultural perspective. In the 1980s he helped create the Edra furniture company by the famous Italian architect and designer Massimo Morozzi and spent 14 years working for this world-renowned brand. He later assisted Nino Cerruti in setting up another well-known home brand, Cerruti Baleri, as international sales and communications manager. Although Steven Hamel was a liberal arts doctor, his long experience gained him a unique understanding of home design. In May of this year, Leonardo da Vinci Household Company invited him to become a creative master. His “Star Family” model room was exhibited in Shanghai and Beijing respectively.
