本文对开源GIS软件与商业GIS软件进行比较,并深入分析开源GIS软件具体的技术特点。将中国矿业大学南湖校区作为研究对象,根据WebGIS架构方式,在开源软件平台上构建了南湖校区数字校园系统,实现了数据的共享,方便了用户的浏览和查询。在开源软件的基础上构建数字校园系统具有运行成本低,功能扩展、更新和移植性强等优点,这对于建立基于WebGIS的校园地理信息系统具有重要的现实意义。
This article compares open source GIS software with commercial GIS software and analyzes in depth the technical features of open source GIS software. Taking South China University of Mining and Technology of China as the research object and according to the way of WebGIS architecture, a digital campus system of Nanhu campus was built on the platform of open source software to realize the sharing of data and facilitate the browsing and querying of users. The construction of digital campus system based on open source software has the advantages of low running cost, function expansion, update and portability, which is of great practical significance for establishing a campus GIS based on WebGIS.
