我国医学模式已由过去单一的生物-医学模式向生物-医学-社会-心理模式转变。近年来,药学工作者提出了临床药学概念,并在某些大、中型医院得到了不同程度的尝试.实践证明,要使药房工作跟上时代的发展,须与当前市场经济同节奏,变被动服务为主动服务;积极开展临床药学探索,投入市场,参与竞争,拓宽服务范围,更好地适应当前市场经济改革的需要.在取得良好的社会效益的前提下,逐渐提高经济效益.临床药学虽已提出几年了,而真正开展临床药学工作的单位为数不多,怎样开展尚不统一.笔者就其发展模式问题浅谈拙见.
