由冶金工业部建筑研究总院负责推广开发的焊接栓钉、螺柱技术及装置的研究与应用课题,在与天津市机械配件工业公司、电子工业部890厂、北京市通县华冠电瓷元件厂共同努力下,已于1986年9月5日在天津召开鉴定会通过技术鉴定。该项课题任务是消化、移植引进的日本FRKN-2000型焊机与焊接材料(包括栓钉和瓷环) 整套栓焊技术,实现全面国产化、标准化。这是冶金工业部1985年下达的一项重大开发技术项
The research and application subject of welding studs and stud technology and devices promoted and developed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Construction Research Institute is in line with the Tianjin Machinery Accessories Industry Company, the 890 Factory of the Ministry of Electronics Industry, and the Beijing Guanxian Huaguan Electric Porcelain Components. With the joint efforts of the factory, the appraisal meeting was held in Tianjin on September 5, 1986 to pass technical appraisal. The task of this project is to digest and transplant the imported FRKN-2000 welder and welding material (including studs and porcelain rings) of the entire set of bolt welding technology to achieve full localization and standardization. This is a major development technology item issued by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry in 1985.
