我国的税收事业自建国以来已经进入了第51个年头。50余年间,税收作为共和国的血脉,为国家的改革、建设和发展提供了充足的资全保障。截至1999年12月31日,全国税收收入圆满实现了增收1000亿元目标,并历史性地突破了万亿元大关。获此喜讯,朱总理致信全国税务工作人员。向他们表示热烈的祝贺和衷心的感谢,而其中70％的税收是通过计算机系统征收 投资14亿元的税收信息化建设重大工程—“金税工程”应该值得书一笔。
China’s tax revenue business has entered its 51st year since its founding. For more than 50 years, as the blood of the republic, tax revenue has provided adequate capital security for the reform, construction and development of the country. As of December 31, 1999, the national tax revenue successfully achieved the goal of increasing revenue by 100 billion yuan and historically exceeded the trillion yuan mark.
