Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Detailed Rules for the Implementation of this Detailed Law are formulated in accordance with the Measures for the Management of State-owned Assets Assessment promulgated by the State Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) and Article 38. Article 2 Where there are other laws and regulations as mentioned in Article 2 of the Measures, it refers to the laws and regulations on assets appraisal promulgated by the National People’s Congress and its Standing Committee
