采用时间飞跃和相位对比三维磁共振血流成像技术，分析脑卒中成像结果10例中，破裂动脉瘤2例，脑血管畸形破裂出血6例，moyamoya病出血和大脑中动脉栓塞各1例，均得到了既定性又定位的显像结果，并对本技术在脑卒中的诊断价值进行讨论。
