目的:了解开阳县2009~2015年手足口病流行特征及变化趋势,为今后制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法:利用描述流行病学分析方法对开阳县2009~2015年疾病监测信息报告管理系统中报告的手足口病按三间分布及病原学检测结果进行分析。结果:7年开阳县共报告手足口病4242例,重症91例,死亡3例,年均发病率为161.16/10万,病死率为0.07%;发病人群以散居儿童为主,占78.19%;发病年龄以3岁以下人为主,占79.65%;男女性别比为1.60∶1;地区分布地以城关镇、永温镇和双流镇发病较多,占总病例的55.51%;流行季节以4~7月为高峰,占66.94%,其次是9~11月,占15.77%;流行毒株以EV71为主,占43.53%,其次是其他肠道病毒占40.13%和Cox A16占16.32%。结论:开阳县手足口病流行有明显的季节性,地区和人群特点,EV71引起重症和死亡的比例大,今后要加强宣传和监测,3岁以下散居儿童及幼托儿童是手足口病防控的重点人群。
Objective: To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of hand-foot-mouth disease in Kaiyang from 2009 to 2015 and to provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control measures. Methods: Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to analyze HFMD reported in 2009 to 2015 in the Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System in Kaiyang County by three distributions and etiological test results. Results: A total of 4242 HFMD cases were reported in Kaiyang County during the past 7 years, with 91 severe cases and 3 deaths. The average annual incidence was 161.16 / 100 000 and the case fatality rate was 0.07%. The predominant strains were EV71, accounting for 43.53%, followed by other intestinal viruses accounting for 40.13% and Cox A16 accounting for 16.32%. Conclusion: The epidemic of hand, foot and mouth disease in Kaiyang County has obvious seasonal, regional and population characteristics. The proportion of severe and fatal cases caused by EV71 is large. Publicity and monitoring should be strengthened in the future.
