随着京津冀区域一体化政策方向的提出,社会对高职应用型、实际操作型人才需求的急剧增长,京津冀区域迎来高职人才需求新的高潮。人才需求质与量的变化使隐含在高职师资队伍建设中的问题也逐步突显。本文立足秦皇岛高职院校,借鉴国内高职院校发展经验,运用教育生态学的观点来研究秦皇岛高职院校师资队伍建设与外部社会环境及教育内部之间的相互联系,把握教育生态平衡的规律,从本质上揭示师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出相对合理化建议推进秦皇岛职业教育科学发展。
