作为二十世纪的经典之作,《日瓦戈医生》一直为世人所瞩目并被广泛研究,但鲜有学者从叙事模式的角度对该小说进行研究。因此从结构主义入手,借助托多罗夫的主题句模式,通过分析作品中主要人物对各自命运的探索,来探究该作品所反映的二十世纪俄罗斯历史语境中的知识分子和平民大众的生存现状,及作者本人对当时社会乃至人类命运的追问考量,以期为理解该作品提供一种新的解读方法和途径。
