目的采用SPE-GC法测定鱼腥草注射液中甲基正壬酮的含量。方法样品经C18固相萃取小柱富集纯化后进样,用HP-5(30mm×0.53mm)毛细管柱,柱温为程序升温,初始温度为120℃,保持10min,以25℃·min-1的速率升温至230℃,保持8min;载气流速7mL·min-1。结果固相萃取小柱的平均柱回收比>0.95;线性范围为(3.03~90.90)×10-9mg(r=0.9998);平均回收率96.74%,RSD=2.24%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于鱼腥草注射液的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of n-nonyl ketone in Houttuynia cordata injection by SPE-GC method. The samples were concentrated and purified by C18 solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridge. HP-5 (30mm × 0.53mm) capillary column was used. The column temperature was programmed to increase. The initial temperature was 120 ℃, 1 rate was raised to 230 ℃, holding 8min; carrier gas flow rate 7mL · min-1. Results The average column recovery was> 0.95. The linear range was (3.03 ~ 90.90) × 10-9mg (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 96.74% with RSD = 2.24% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for quality control of Houttuynia cordata injection.
