近年来,跨境电商零售出口项目的发展势头可谓异常迅猛,已成为电商领域的新焦点。随着国务院出台支持“大众创业、万众创新”的多项政策,鼓励以创业创新带动就业,进一步加强就业创业服务和职业培训工作,更是掀起了跨境电商创业的热潮。然而,根据《中国跨境电子商务人才研究报告》显示,高达85.9%的企业跨境电商人才缺口严重,呈现“千金易得,一将难求”的窘境。
