长期以来,传统数学教学由于过分倾向于科学性、严密性,从而给人以呆板、孤立、冷漠和缺乏人情味的印象。学生被动学习是传统数学课堂教学弊端之一,我们教学往往只重视知识的传承和接受,而忽略了学生动手能力和实践能力的培养,剥夺了学生自我探索的权利,以致我们的许多学生能够应对各种各样的考试,却在解决实际问题时显得束手无策。而新课程要求教师唤醒学生的自主意识,帮助树立自信;激励他们勇于质疑,敢于表现,培养独立人格;教给学习方法,培养自我探索能力;坚持训练,养成自主学习的习惯。这就对我们老师提出了新的要求“人人学有价值的数
