关于当归入药的记载始见于《神农本草经》列为中品。书中谓:“当归味甘温,主……妇人漏下绝子……”。惜原书已伕,但从后人所辑的各种版本《本经》看,当时并未主张当归要分部应用。汉·张仲景《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》等书亦未见有当归分部入药即为佐证。迄南北朝时期,医家初步认识到当归不同部分,其临床功效亦有所不同。《雷公炮炙论》渭其:“若要破血,即使头一节硬实处;若要止痛止血即用尾。若一时用,不如不使,服食无效,单使妙也。”这些论述说明归头有破血之功,归尾有止痛上血之效。由于头尾作用相反,主张不宜合用。此一论述当为医家主张归头、归尾区分使用之始。唐代,《银海精微》一书首以“归尾”从当归项下分出,独列另名记述其炮制工艺。但归尾临证组方应用却未见著于医方。孙思邈《千金翼方》载当归建中汤、当归芍药汤中所用当归就没有详述何部分入
The record of Angelica was first listed in the “Shen Nong’s Materia Medica” as a middle product. The book says: “When you are warm and sweet, the Lord... The woman has left a kin...”. The original book has been desecrated, but from the various editions of the later edition, the “Ben Jing”, it was not advocated at that time that the branch should be applied. Han Zhang Zhongjing’s “Treatise on Febrile Diseases,” “Golden Chamber” and other books also failed to see the use of Angelica Division as a medicine. As far as the Southern and Northern Dynasties, doctors initially recognized that the different parts of Angelica, their clinical efficacy is also different. “The Leigong Artillery Paradox” criticized it: “If you want to break the blood, even if the first section is hard-wired, if you want to stop the pain and stop bleeding, you should use the tail. If you use it temporarily, it’s better not to use it, to take it out, or to use it alone.” It shows that there are blood-breaking powers in the end, and there are pain relief on the tail. Due to the opposite head and tail, it is not advisable to use them together. This discussion should be used as the starting point for doctors to advocate the use of separation and return. In the Tang Dynasty, the first book of “Silver Sea Subtlety” was separated from the Chinese Angelica by “returning from the tail” and recorded separately in another name. However, the application of the final syndrome group was not seen in the medical side. Sun Sze-jung’s “Qian Jin Yi Fang” contained Angelica Jianzhong Tang and Danggui Shaoyao Tang.
