水轮机进水阀门,无论是蝴蝶阀或球形阀,既作为机组的检修阀门;又当机组产生逸速时起事故阀门的作用,保护机组免遭逸速的损坏。但由于蝶阀动水关闭时,噪音和振动都很大,加上人们对蝶阀动水关闭缺乏经验,唯恐产生爆破事故而淹没厂房。国内一些电站,如流溪河电站的φ1.75米蝴蝶阀,毛家村电站的φ2.0米蝴蝶阀,安砂电站的φ2.8米蝴蝶阀,都作过动水关闭试验,但试验水头均在100米以内。即使和红林电站同型的南水电站φ2.5米蝴蝶阀,试验水头也只有118米,且在满负荷2.5万千瓦时,由于担心阀下游钢管振动过大,故只做了动水关闭而未敢做动水开启试验,因而在2.5万千瓦时,只能得出动水关闭过程中的综合力矩曲线,而无法分别计算实测的水力矩和摩擦力矩。此次在红林电站φ2.5米蝴蝶阀上,试验水头达146米,而且在满负荷3.4万千瓦时,完整地
