在国内,随着对质量的重视,很多的企业都通过了ISO9001的认证,但是在观念上,很多HR仍认为质量管理是质量部门的事,而HR管的是人,其实在全面质量管理当中,只要是与质量管理有关的部门都需要参与到质量管理工作当中来,实现全员质量管理,从每一个细节上做好质量管理。在质量管理当中,内审是对质量体系进行检查的一种手段,通过内部的自我检查来实现质量体系的持续改进,作为HR,在质量管理的参与上可能比相关质量部门要少,但是在重视力度上则是一样的,所以本文也期望根据本人在内审中的一些经验,能够给HR们关于如何
