中国土木工程公司于1979年6月1日成立,经过17年的风风雨雨和艰苦磨砺,中土公司走过了一条抓住机遇、大胆决策、开拓进取的道路;走过了一条面向市场、自力更生、自我发展的道路;走过了一条一业为主,多种经营,国内外市场并重,不断向国际化、实业化、集团化迈进的道路。截至目前,中土公司已累计对外签订合同1500多个,合同额25亿美元,营业额13亿美元,派出人员4.5万人次。在海外设有21个子公司和办事处,业务遍及世界40多个国家和地区,在国内设有10多个子公司。经营业务由公司成立初期单一的输出劳务逐渐扩展到工程承包、劳务合作、设计咨询、经济合作、房地产开发、进出口贸易等多种领域。

The business expansion of the business from the initial stage of the company’s establishment to a single export labor service gradually expanded to engineering contracting, labor cooperation, design consulting, economic cooperation, real estate development, import and export trade and other fields.
