模拟带式输送机紧急制动下闸瓦的实际运行工况,采用X-DM型调压变速摩擦实验机,开展闸瓦材料与试验钢盘组副的摩擦试验,采集闸瓦摩擦因数随比压、滑动速度变化数据,并运用多项式非线性拟合方法和数理统计技术进行拟合,得到了紧急制动摩擦因数经验模型。该模型可为带式输送机紧急制动系统安全评估及闸瓦设计提供可靠的理论依据和技术支撑。
Simulating the actual operating conditions of the brake shoe under the emergency braking of the belt conveyer, the friction test of the brake shoe material and the test steel plate pair was carried out by using the X-DM type pressure regulating and variable speed friction test machine. The friction coefficient of the brake shoe was collected with the ratio Pressure and sliding speed data, and fitted with polynomial non-linear fitting method and mathematical statistics to obtain the empirical model of emergency braking friction factor. The model can provide a reliable theoretical basis and technical support for the safety assessment and brake shoe design of the emergency brake system of belt conveyor.
