近年来,河南省济源市在全市选择20个“强村”进行重点培育,使班子战斗力更强、人均收入更高、集体经济更优、村容村貌更好、公共设施齐全,2010年20个“强村”的农民人均纯收入达1.3万元,进一步起到辐射带动作用。一、“强村”党组织建设的共同特点“强村”基层党建实践证明,党的基层组织是党全部工作和战斗力的基础,基层稳,则大局稳;基础牢,则事业兴。
