心理健康是指人的一种心理功能状态,即能够使人们所具备的全部心理潜能都得到充分发挥的理想状态,处于这种状态下的人不论从事何种活动,都能达到比较理想的水平,同时自身的发展也能够达到比较充分的程度。随着新一轮课改的逐步深入,对小学生的各方面素质又提出了更新、更高的要求,学生心理健康的状况,直接影响到其自身发展的诸多方面。因此,作为新时期的学校管理者,如何适应课程改革的需要,全面了解与掌握学校心理健康教育的内容及要求,及时有效地开展学生的心理健康教育,已成为工作中的重中之重。通过总结经验、避开教育误区,开展有效的心理健康教育,必定会在学生中产生积极的心理效应,这无论是对于学校的各项教学工作,还是对于学生的自我塑造与发展都会起到积极的推动作用,可谓一举多得,受益匪浅。
