玉米是我市主要粮食作物之一,常年套种面积480万亩左右。为了综合运用玉米增产的新技术、新成果,进一步挖掘玉米的增产潜力,促进玉米大面积高产,于1989～1991年我所和市农业局等单位共同承担了山东省科委下达的“40万亩小麦、玉米一年两作亩产吨粮高产开发”课题,三年实施的结果是,1989、1990、1991年玉米平均亩产分别为551.29公斤、574.60公斤、586.60公斤,平均增产26.86%。其主要栽培技术总结如下:
Corn is one of the main food crops in our city, covering an area of 480 mu all the year round. In order to comprehensively utilize the new technologies and new achievements in corn yield increase, further tap the potential yield of corn and promote the large-scale and high-yield corn production. From 1989 to 1991, I and the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture jointly assumed the contract of “400,000 Mu of wheat and corn for two years and two crops of mu produce per ton of grain yield a year ”. After three years’ implementation, the average mu yield of corn in 1989, 1990 and 1991 were 551.29 kilograms, 574.60 kilograms and 586.60 kilograms respectively, with an average increase of 26.86%.
