近年来我们遇2例因吞服新鲜鱼胆而发生中毒病例,报告于下。例1 男,58岁。吞服新鲜草鱼胆(鱼重1.75kg)8小时后腹痛伴呕吐2次,排黄稀水便3次,自服黄连素好转。2天后出现疲乏、纳减、尿黄入院。体检:T37.5℃,巩膜轻度黄染、心肺(-),肝肋下1cm,质软,轻压痛。实验室检查:白细胞15.0×1O~9/L,中性0.86,淋巴0.14。尿常规(-)。肝功能SGPT402U,总胆红素22.2μmol/L,HBSAg(-)。经用能量合剂,氨苄青霉
