去甲肾上腺素的放射酶测定法既敏感又特异,适用于体内所有欲测组织和体液,包括脑组织、脑脊液和血浆。国内至今尚无有关此方法的报道. 我们借鉴国外经验,根据本实验室条件作了些必要的改进,最近已经将此方法建成。此方法的敏感度为20~50微微克去甲肾上腺素。不同浓度标准去甲肾上腺素,及不同血浆浓度的测定均呈线性关系,重复性好。用此方法测定的人血浆去甲肾上腺素含量为0.41±0.05毫
Norepinephrine radioimmunoassay is sensitive and specific, suitable for all tissues and fluids to be tested, including brain tissue, cerebrospinal fluid and plasma. There is no report on this method so far in our country, we have made some necessary improvements based on our laboratory experience by drawing on the experience of other countries and this method has been completed recently. The sensitivity of this method is 20 to 50 pg norepinephrine. Different concentrations of norepinephrine, and determination of different plasma concentrations showed a linear relationship, good repeatability.
