国内多数高校图书馆自习室都存在管理水平较低的问题。这些问题有许多复杂的原因,管理理念不清晰也是其中的重要原因。从图书馆自习室的功能来看,应当树立“以环境为本”和“管理即服务”的基本管理理念。
Most of the domestic university library study room management problems are low. There are many complex causes of these problems, and unclear management concepts are also important reasons for this. From the perspective of the function of the library study room, we should establish the basic management concept of “environment-based” and “management-as-a-service”.
