从上世纪开始我国进入了科技、社会高速发展的时期。并且从上世纪中期开始,尤其是在我国改革开放以后,我国的经济、科技、教育等诸多方面都取得了显著的成绩,并且我国农村的生产、生活也发生了巨大的变化。但是在这些成绩中,有一部分是通过过渡开采自然资源或是破坏自然资源而换来的,这不但对生态环境造成了极大程度的破坏,也导致了诸多生态安全问题的出现,同时也在一定程度上影响了人与自然之间的和谐关系。
