文章从大数据环境下科研人员数据素养教育的必要性、紧迫性出发,将国外数据素养教育的理论基础、内容与模式、参与主体的层次与维度等进行详尽分析。针对我国科研人员数据素养教育现状,提出我国在借鉴国外经验进行科研人员数据素养教育中的关键问题:数据素养教育需要科学、完备的政策支持;关注科研人员对数据素养教育的认知与态度;科研人员数据素养教育的目标定位;如何与当前的信息素养教育融合;注重训练有素的数据素养教育人才的培育。
Based on the necessity and urgency of data literacy education for researchers in big data environment, the article makes a detailed analysis of the theoretical basis, content and mode of data literacy education in foreign countries and the levels and dimensions of participating subjects. In view of the status quo of data literacy education for researchers in our country, this paper puts forward the key issues in data literacy education for researchers in our country: data literacy education requires scientific and complete policy support; attention is paid to the knowledge and attitude of researchers on data literacy education; How to integrate the current information literacy education and how to cultivate the qualified data literacy education personnel.
