In the history of constitutional movement in our country, there is a force that can not be ignored but neglected --- women. Almost from the day when constitutionalism appeared in our country, women participated in this movement. During the 1911 Revolution and the formulation of the provincial constitution in the early 2000s, and around the convening of the “National Assembly” and the “National Assembly,” they conducted an arduous struggle to obtain equal political rights with men. Although they often put forward constitutional requirements from the perspective of women, this undoubtedly is a powerful dissemination of the basic concepts of constitutional government such as “elections,” “equality,” and “rights,” and many people, especially those at lower levels, Understand the constitutional activities. The paper sorts out the role of modern women in constitutional government in our country.
