本文介绍用密封式三相点容器在液氮做冷介质的恒温器中复现氩、氮与氧三相点和在微型致冷机中复现氖与平衡氢三相点的方法和结果。其标准偏差均小于0.5mK。
This paper presents a method and result of reproducing three-phase points of argon, nitrogen and oxygen in a thermostat with liquid nitrogen as a cold medium in a sealed three-phase vessel and in a microcomputer to reproduce the three-phase point of neon and equilibrium hydrogen. The standard deviation of less than 0.5mK.
