目的检测IgG在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与OPN、MMP-2、MMP-9、P16表达的关系。方法免疫组化检测IgG、OPN、MMP-2、MMP-9、P16在80例胶质瘤组织中的表达,原位杂交和RT—PCR检测IgG mRNA在组织和胶质瘤细胞系U373细胞中的表达。结果胶质瘤组织和U373细胞系细胞中有IgG蛋白及IgG mRNA表达,IgG、OPN、MMP-2、MMP-9和P16的表达阳性率在不同级别胶质瘤组均有显著性差异,IgG与OPN、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达呈正相关,与P16表达呈负相关。结论胶质瘤中IgG、OPN、MMP-2、MMP-9高表达,P16低表达,可能在胶质瘤的发生发展中起一定作用。
Objective To detect the expression of IgG in human glioma and its relationship with the expression of OPN, MMP-2, MMP-9 and P16. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IgG, OPN, MMP-2, MMP-9 and P16 in 80 glioma tissues. The expression of IgG mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization and RT-PCR in the tissue and glioma cell line U373 expression. Results The positive rate of IgG, OPN, MMP-2, MMP-9 and P16 expression in glioma tissue and U373 cell line was significantly different between glioma group and glioma group It was positively correlated with the expression of OPN, MMP-2 and MMP-9 and negatively correlated with P16 expression. Conclusion High expression of glioma, OPN, MMP-2 and MMP-9 and low expression of P16 in glioma may play a role in the occurrence and development of glioma.
