The one-dimensional mathematical model of sediment erosion and sedimentation suitable for reservoirs and rivers in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River is introduced. The model has taken a new approach to the generalization of section, sediment concentration, horizontal distribution of scour and silt count and non-uniform sand calculation.
