目的:分析湖北五峰产野菊花挥发性化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取野菊花挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析其化学组成,并通过峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对质量分数。结果:湖北五峰产野菊花共分离出81种组分,鉴定71种挥发性化学成分,与其他4个地区比较具有10种独特主要成分。含量最高的是L-樟脑5.840%,其次是氧化石竹烯5.807%、左旋-乙酸龙脑酯5.551%、油酸4.873%及龙脑4.668%。结论:湖北五峰产野菊花与其他地区野菊花挥发性化学成分及含量存在明显差异。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the chrysanthemum in Wufeng, Hubei Province. Methods: The volatile components of Chrysanthemum morifolium were extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative mass fraction of each component was calculated by peak area normalization. Results: Eighty-one components were isolated from the wild chrysanthemum in Wufeng of Hubei Province, 71 volatile chemical constituents were identified, and 10 unique main components were compared with the other four regions. The highest content of L-camphor was 5.840%, followed by fossil 5.807%, L-acetate 0.551%, oleic acid 4.873% and borneol 4.668%. Conclusion: The volatile chemical composition and content of wild chrysanthemum in Wufeng wild flowers and other areas in Hubei Province are significantly different.
