改革开放以来,我国的经济有了飞速的发展。在这种背景下,一些企业在转型过程中使得许多员工下岗回家,下岗员工再就业问题已经成为急需解决的社会问题之一。文化素质低,缺乏转岗能力等是导致他们再就业困难的重要原因。因此在社区中开展相关的职业教育,有利于提高下岗职工的职业技能和知识文化水平,提高文化素质。这已经成为我国近年里职业教育关注的重点之一,同时也是促进社会再就业发展的重要措施。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has seen rapid development. In this context, some enterprises have laid off many employees in the process of transformation and the re-employment of laid-off workers has become one of the social problems that need to be resolved urgently. Low educational quality and lack of transfer ability are the important reasons for their re-employment difficulties. Therefore, carrying out relevant vocational education in the community is conducive to raising the vocational skills and knowledge and culture of laid-off workers and enhancing their cultural quality. This has become one of the focuses of vocational education in recent years in our country, and it is also an important measure to promote the reemployment of the society.
