电子束CT(EBCT)是心血管影像学新技术,本项目在国内率先引进设备的条件下,大力开发和探讨EBCT检查心血管病的最佳成像技术和心血管造影方法,在实验基础上开发图像三维重建技术,优选三维重建方法,提高图象质量,提高诊断符合率。本研究重点对冠心病,包括EBCT冠状动脉造影、经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)和冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)术后随访;对大血管病、先天性管造影及图像重建,评价其临床应用价值,探讨其取代有创性心算管造影的可能性,探究其实际的社会效益与经济效益。
