近20年来,西方国家在现代化和全球化的进程中遇到了社会福利危 机、失业率上升、反社会亚文化滋长等一系列威胁社会协调发展的难题。 但与此同时,非政府非营利部门的壮大和志愿行为的涌现,在一定程度 上缓和了社会矛盾,弥合了社会裂痕,为不同社会群体提供了更为丰富 的社会服务。在此基础上形成了一种存在于社会领域的新型经济形式— —社会经济,它为西方国家带来了实现经济社会稳定发展的新出路,值 得我们借鉴学习。
In the past two decades, western countries have encountered a series of problems that threaten the coordinated development of society in the process of modernization and globalization, such as the crisis of social welfare, the rising unemployment rate and the anti-social subcultures. However, at the same time, the growth of the non-governmental non-profit sector and the emergence of voluntary acts have alleviated social conflicts to a certain extent, bridged the social rifts and provided richer social services to different social groups. On this basis, a new economic form, social economy, that exists in the social field has been formed. It has brought new ways for western countries to achieve stable economic and social development and is worth learning from.
