县级图书馆应面向农村,面向社会,充分发挥图书馆在经济建设和精神文明建设中的重要作用。本文对县级图书馆如何摆脱困境,寻找出路及探索对策等方面阐述了一些观念。
The county-level library should be oriented to the rural areas and facing the society, and give full play to the important role of the library in economic construction and spiritual civilization. This paper elaborates some ideas on how to get rid of the predicament of the county-level libraries, find a way out and explore strategies.
