本文采用理论计算与实验相结合的方法,分析国产先导式高压溢流阀的静、动态特性及噪声产生原因,提出了降低噪声的措施及高压溢流阀结构设计的改进方向,所得结论与国内某些已发表文章的观点不尽相同。
In this paper, the theoretical and experimental methods are combined to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the pilot-operated high pressure relief valve and the causes of the noise. The measures to reduce the noise and the improvement direction of the structural design of the high pressure relief valve are put forward. The opinions of some published articles vary.
