The Shanghai Art Troupe tour featuring the theme of “Happy Qingniao Lantern Festival” has been staged at the Parent-Child Theater of Taipei City Hall. The party is not only the highlight of the series of activities under the theme of “Happy Spring Festival” by the Ministry of Culture, but also the first stop of the cultural exchange between Taipei and Taipei this year.
