[目的]应用气相色谱法同时检测甘蔗和土壤中丁草胺和乙氧氟草醚残留量。[方法]甘蔗和土壤样品用乙腈提取,多壁碳纳米管和PSA净化后经气相色谱-μECD分析。[结果]丁草胺和乙氧氟草醚最低检出量分别为0.015 ng、0.005 ng,定量限分别为0.005、0.002 mg/kg。并对样品进行不同浓度的添加回收实验,方法的平均回收率为73.4%~107.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于13.7%。[结论]建立的检测方法准确可靠。按推荐剂量施用时,收获的成熟甘蔗是安全的。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the simultaneous determination of butachlor and oxyfluoride residues in sugarcane and soil by gas chromatography. [Method] Sugarcane and soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by multiwalled carbon nanotubes and PSA and analyzed by gas chromatography-microECD. [Result] The minimum detectable concentrations of butachlor and oxyfluorfen were 0.015 ng and 0.005 ng, respectively. The limits of quantification were 0.005 and 0.002 mg / kg, respectively. The average recovery of the method was 73.4% ~ 107.5% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 13.7%. [Conclusion] The established detection method is accurate and reliable. The harvested sugarcane is safe when applied at the recommended dose.
