本文选用常用合金工具钢Cr_2和CrMn,研究四种淬火规范对于试样的变形和主要机械性能的影响。四种淬火规范为:普通淬火,260℃2分钟保温后淬油的分级淬火,175℃2分钟保温后淬油的马氏体等温淬火,175℃30分钟保温后淬油的马氏体等温淬火。试验的结果如下: 1.对于变形的影响扭曲变形以175℃30分钟保温后淬油的最小,其次为175℃2分钟保温后淬油和260℃2分钟保温后淬油的,普通淬火的最大。体积和尺寸变化比较复杂,普通淬火和260℃2分钟保温后淬油的体积较大、长度较短与直径较大,175°2—30分钟保温淬油的体积较小、长度较长与直径较小。2.对于硬度的影响淬火后175℃马氏体等温淬火的硬度较低,普通淬火和260℃2分钟保温后淬油的硬度较高。但在150-250℃回火后各种淬火方法的硬度基本一致。3.对于韧性的影响175℃30分钟保温后淬油的韧性最高,其次为175℃2分钟保温后淬油和260℃2分钟保温后淬油的,最低的为普通淬火。因此175℃30分钟保温后淬油是能保证所需的硬度,有效的减少扭曲变形和提高韧性的淬火方法,260℃和175℃2分钟保温后淬油效果也良好。
