反流性食管炎(GERD)是我国常见的消化道疾病。最近有人证实该疾病的发生率有逐年上升趋势,且其临床症状极似“心绞痛”,极易误诊误治。本文将我院1996年～1998年8月采用西沙必利加西米替丁联合治疗GERD46例,取得较好效果。现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:46例反复发作胸骨后疼痛、症状极似“心绞痛”患者,经心电图(ECG)、动态心电图(Holter)、X线胸片检查无阳性发现者。经胃镜检查及食管pH测定符合GERD病人。其中男28例,女
Reflux esophagitis (GERD) is a common gastrointestinal disease in our country. Recently, it was confirmed that the incidence of the disease has increased year by year, and its clinical symptoms like “angina”, easily misdiagnosis and mistreatment. This article from 1996 to 1998 in our hospital with cisapride plus cimetidine combined treatment of 46 cases of GERD, and achieved good results. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information: 46 cases of recurrent sternal pain, the symptoms of “angina” patients, by electrocardiogram (ECG), Holter, X-ray examination found no positive findings. Gastroscopy and esophageal pH in line with GERD patients. Among them, 28 males and 30 females
