慈溪市的蔬菜节水灌溉系统

水是万物生长的源泉,而水资源缺乏是制约我国农业发展的重要因子。蔬菜需水量很大,俗话说“斤菜担水”。大水漫灌浪费水,又会带来土壤板结,泼浇的劳动强度大,花工也多。因此,园艺场或棚群的总体规划都把灌溉系统放在重要的位置。近三年来,随着我市设施栽培和外向型蔬菜生产的蓬勃发展,我们对节水灌溉系统进行了有益尝试。全市推广面积达72公顷,取得了较好效果。 一、系统的组成 我市节水灌溉系统由水源、沉淀、施肥池、泵、过滤器、输水管和滴管、微喷组成。(1)水源:水源可以是井水、塘水、河水等可供农业灌溉的水资源,以水质清、杂质少为好、通过明渠或暗管输入沉淀、施肥池中。(2)沉淀、施肥池:池大小20m~2左右,每5-10亩1只。池与输水管相连,由潜水泵、管道泵或自吸泵供水。(3)过滤器:外过滤器用10mm钢筋焊成,直径50cm,与池等高,外围40目铜网,用白铁皮条箍紧。内过滤是把水泵入装有滤网的压力容器中过滤后,通过连接管与输水管相连,并装有反冲污物的回流管道和排污口,效果较外过滤好,但过滤器较复杂。(4)输水管:主管采用50mm聚丙管,在畦头和棚头内侧埋入地下 50cm,每棚或每隔8m有50×25mm 三通开口,用25mm聚丙管引出地面,与畦齐平,同时接上阀门,根据供水需要开启。(5)滴管与微喷装置:?
