介绍新研制的茂木式岩石真三轴试验机,并利用互扣式端部垫块对大理岩进行真三轴试验。利用试验和模拟相结合方法对真三轴试验机的加载边界效应进行研究。研究表明:随中间主应力的增大,岩石峰值强度增大,达到一定值后随着中间主应力的增大而减小;同时,岩样脆性随中间主应力的增大而增强,扩容现象延后。传统式垫块加载真三轴试验过程中,由于空白角的存在,产生应力集中,对岩样应力、应变分布造成明显影响,岩样将在空白角处产生不均匀变形。岩样在互扣式垫块加载方式下的强度略大于在传统式垫块加载方式下的强度。
The newly developed Muxia rock true triaxial testing machine is introduced, and the true triaxial test of the marble is carried out by using the interlocking end block. The loading boundary effect of true triaxial testing machine is studied by the combination of test and simulation. The results show that with the increase of the intermediate principal stress, the rock peak strength increases and reaches a certain value, which decreases with the increase of the intermediate principal stress. Meanwhile, the brittleness of the rock specimen increases with the increase of the intermediate principal stress, Delay. During the true triaxial test of traditional pad loading, stress concentration occurs due to the presence of blank corners, which obviously affects the stress and strain distribution of rock samples. The rock samples will have non-uniform deformation at the blank corners. The strength of the rock specimen in the interlocking pad loading mode is slightly greater than that of the conventional pad loading mode.
