春寒801早苔韭,是河南商丘地区农科所培育以产韭苔为主兼产青韭的珍稀品种。主要优点:①苔叶兼用;该韭株高50厘米,苔高55厘米,叶宽而肥厚,苔长而粗壮,叶苔品质均佳味鲜美。②抗寒早发;抗寒性极强,在南方一年四季常青,北方拱棚或大棚栽培,春节前20天可收青韭一次,春节后15天可再收,2月份当别的韭菜还在萌发新芽时,该韭已抽苔,每穴平均可连收采苔子100根左右,单苔重10克左右,并一直收获
